Manchester City have entered the race to sign Swansea’s Scott Sinclair, The Daily Mail report.
The tricky winger represented Team GB in the Olympics this summer after an impressive season in the Premier League for the Liberty Stadium club.
The Welsh side excelled in their debut season in the top flight last term, and as a result a number of the bigger clubs are looking to sign their players.
Sinclair is valued at around the £8 million mark, but only has less than a year left on his existing contract with Michael Laudrup’s side.
Although Swansea are eager to keep the skilful attacker at the club, Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United have all been accredited with an interest in Sinclair.
The Premier League champions are said to be ready to enter the fray, but are yet to make a formal offer for him.
